To use certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.

Our services allow you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post on or through the services, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

theyap.space offers both free and premium tiers with different usage limits. Free users are limited to 1 yap per day with a maximum of 5 total yaps. Premium users have access to unlimited yaps and additional features as described in our premium plan.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the services (or any part or content thereof) at any time with or without notice to you, and we will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
Our services may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by YapSpace. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Your use of the services is at your sole risk. The services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. YapSpace expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall YapSpace, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration in San Francisco, California.
